Every part/item used in the portal — pre-build components and job/quote parts, now and historically (not all of Simpro). Click an item for its profile (category etc.). Items not used or picked for 60 days are flagged inactive for review; Archive the ones no longer used.

Pre-builds on your scheduled & manually-added jobs (upcoming). Untrained / uncategorised kits sit at the top in red until actioned; the rest group by category. Click a pre-build to train/edit it in place — name it, set its stock category, tick which parts the warehouse picks and rename them. A kit re-imported from Simpro under a tweaked description is detected as a duplicate and its trained name, category and picks are re-applied automatically. Hide the ones that aren't picked (labour, rebates, site visits). Trained names & parts apply wherever the pre-build appears — and survive the Simpro switch-off. (First load scans Simpro and can take ~15s.)
