Every part/item used in the portal — pre-build components and job/quote parts, now and historically (not all of Simpro). Click an item for its profile (category etc.). Items not used or picked for 60 days are flagged inactive for review; Archive the ones no longer used.

Items hidden from the picking list. Tick Picking only to keep the line counted as part of the JOB while still filtering it out of picking — for info/items that belong on the job but aren't picked. Un-ticked = hidden everywhere. Click Restore to bring one back to picking.

Everything imported that the Job Board would show — pre-builds AND loose catalogue items — is flagged here before it can badge a card (the board never keyword-guesses any more). Untrained / uncategorised entries sit at the top in red until actioned; the rest group by category. Loose items with a suggested card train in one click — accept, edit, or hide. Click a pre-build to train/edit it in place — name it, set its stock category, tick which parts the warehouse picks and rename them. A kit re-imported from Simpro under a tweaked description is detected as a duplicate and its trained name, category and picks are re-applied automatically. Hide the ones that aren't picked (labour, rebates, site visits). Trained names & parts apply wherever the pre-build appears — and survive the Simpro switch-off. (First load scans Simpro and can take ~15s.)
